GeckoHEAT is still under development. A simplified GUI and model extraction of GeckoHEAT is already built into GeckoCIRCUITS.

GeckoHEAT will be stand-alone software with a very fast thermal solver, that can extract general compact thermal models for circuit simulators. Free trial versions will be available for downloading from this webpage at the end of 2009.
